Stephanie enjoys getting your emails related to baking. Due to the high volume of mail she can't guarantee she will answer all emails, but she will do her best.

If you made one of the recipes and it didn't turn out correctly, before emailing be sure to recheck that you followed the instructions to the letter and measured the ingredients correctly with no substitutions of any kind.  All of the recipes on the site have been tested many times and used by thousands of people all over the world. All baking photos and videos on the site have been made by Stephanie, so the recipes do work. Most problems people have with the recipes are related to ingredient substitutions and/or inaccurate measurements. If the recipe in question has a video we suggest you view the video in its entirety prior to emailing as many of the most common problems and questions are covered in the video. 

Stephanie is unable to respond to recipe requests, requests to email recipes or questions about recipes not on Joyofbaking.com. Also due to the high volume of questions via email and social media Stephanie is unable to respond to any questions regarding recipe modifications, changes or substitutions.

Due to the high level of mail and spam emails it may take awhile for your email to be answered and some emails may end up in our spam filter and go un-read. If you would like quicker answers we recommend posting your question to our Facebook Page instead as this page is monitored continuously.

Rick Jaworski handles the business aspects of the site so if you would like to do business with Joyofbaking.com he is your contact. Please note that Rick receives many business opportunity offers daily and cannot respond to most of them. Rick does not respond to brief emails that ask to set up a phone call with very little background information on what is being proposed, regardless of who or how large the company is. He also gets many emails daily from Ad Networks wanting to work with us and cannot respond to most of them. To increase your chance of a response please include detailed information or examples and/or links to information on what you are proposing.
